WOYWW 294 good intentions

 Happy Wednesday Peeps
Work desk peep show time again..... Want to see my desk? . . . .  be warned it's still covered in Christmas stuff.
Good intentions ...... but not much done really ..... and certainly nothing worth writing a blog post about. I think I will finish one more session and then pack it all away....... had enough of it all and really want to get on with other things. (Brusho paints and sewing). Its that time of year I hate most ..... waiting for spring..... it feels a long way off at the moment. No real snow here but it's cold and dark  and 'yukky'.

So what do we have today: well lots of snowflakes, washy tape, ribbon, brads, ink pads and general card making 'schtuff' as some of you say,
This year I am aiming to finish ALL my UFOs (unfinished objects) and will try and log my progress.

Last  week I finished my journal page

A canvas for my bedroom from ages ago . . . . love this

So far this week I have  finished  this knitted cape  for Erin..... she wore it straight away ..... praise indeed from her.....It's  so hard to please the under 4s....
Okay ..... you know the drill and if you don't pop over to Julia's at the  stamping-ground.   for all the details ..... I wonder if she is planning anything for week 200
You've seen mine so I guess I had better see yours too.... after work probably so please leave your Mr Linky number.

  2. Great cape!! your journal pages look fab, love all those circles. I can;t be doing with Christmas makes after the event, so I'd be with you and pack it away for later in the year!! Helen 4

  3. You did a lot this week!!! The little cape is simply darling! I LOVE IT!!!! Kind of wish I could get away with wearing something like that, because I would totally wear it! Rather dreary over here, but we did get another dusting of snow so it isn't quite so drab outside. Just very cold! And like you, I am yearning for spring as well. So I made up a bunch of paper flowers!!!

    Happy Crafting!

  5. I love the journal pages, that's a really great background effect - and the canvas for your bedroom is beautiful. Well done for finishing your projects - I really need to take a leaf out of your book - in fact I have a bag of knitting wool and three patterns I want to make so perhaps I ought to aim to start some projects first!! Hope you have a great week,

  10. Oh I love your canvas and Erin's cape is adorable, but yes I do know what you mean. Little ones are brutally honest aren't they?! Hope you're well. Take care Zo xx 32

  12. Hi Janet, still at the Crimbo stuff eh? Mad woman you. I'm totally with you on finishing off UFO's though, that is top of my to-do list this year. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #17 xx

  13. Definitely time to put the crimbo stuff away and move onto to more exiting stuff. I've loved playing with my Brushos. We have some of the real white stuff here today so spring does seem a long way away but it'll be here before we know it I'm sure.
Love Erin's cape. Had to laugh as the under 4's being hard to please...does that change as they get older then??
    Have a good week.

  14. The page from last week turned out really cool! I love the cape your little one is wearing too. I have no knowledge of knitting or crochet so I am very impressed with it :) Can you make a big size one for me? Happy WOYWW! Shel#71

  15. Oh my! ALL your UFOs?! You must not have as many as me. Or be much more motivated than me. Definitely that last one. I still have some Christmas stuff piled along the edges of my desk and some front and center as well. It seems like it is always lurking in the wings. Love your planetary floral journal page! And your other UFOs that are now finished too. You rock it! Judy #76

  16. Wanted to stop by and take a quick peek at your desk. Love the cape. High praise indeed.

AHH, washi tape. Just when I get interested in it, it seems to be fading from the scene. Happy WOYWW from #1.

  18. Hi Janet, It was with Simply Cards and Papercraft. issue 132( I got it last Sunday). Apparently, there is also a set of free matching stamps with Simply Homemade, Issue 51. I'm trying to track one of those down right now, lol. Hugs, Shaz xxx

  20. I just came back for another peak at your planetary page, which I really, really like. I realized that your post title is "good intentions." Isn't that what the road to hell is paved with?

    Save me a seat!

  21. Ah, bless her, she looks gorgeous in that Cape, you are such a great knitting grandma! I'm a bit surprised that you have many UFOs to be honest, but if they all finish like your canvas, it will have been worth the wait!

  22. Love the cape, it looks good on your GD, I miss my mother she used to do all the knitting and I miss the click clack of the needles. oh you might want to alter the date its 300 not 200 LOL Sorry i am getting around so late, my week is spiralling out of control.

Happy WOYWW belated that it is
